Muslims believe that Allah is All-Knowing and knows what is in the future for us and what has passed. He, therefore, knows what is going to happen, whether good or bad. This does not take away from the notion that each person has free will to choose what to do since a person’s choice is taken freely, unaffected by Allah’s prior knowledge of it.
